Bleu Stessia is the Founder and Managing Director of Indoor Cat Ltd, overseeing its brands during a period of growth. With over 15 years of experience in Operations and HR across various sectors, they have demonstrated expertise in implementing HR functions and managing teams. Previously, Bleu held leadership roles at Bourne Leisure Ltd, Alpine Elements, and Fit For Sport, focusing on talent acquisition and HR project management. They completed a BA in Computing & Information Systems Management from the University of Sussex and further developed their skills with a course in Essential Management at Cranfield University.
