Rachel Whitlock

Rachel Whitlock has a diverse and extensive work experience. Rachel currently works at Haven Home Health & Hospice, where they started as a Human Resources Generalist in July 2021. Rachel then progressed to become a Human Resource Manager in January 2022 and is presently serving as the Human Resources Director since January 2023. Prior to their current role, Rachel worked as an Office Manager at the International Association of Fairs & Expositions from January 2016 to January 2022. Before that, they were the Bookkeeping/Office Manager at Stutesmun Auto Salvage from April 2009 to January 2016. Rachel's earlier experience includes working at IAFE, where they served as the Director of Education, IT, and Member Products from April 2001 to April 2009.

Rachel Whitlock has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from the College of the Ozarks. Rachel is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Management from Northwest Missouri State University.
