Melissa Bowman

Melissa Bowman, MBA, serves as the Controller at Haven Residential since January 2022. Previously, Melissa held the position of Accounting Manager for Residential and Hospitality at Sentral, managing multiple accounting teams and overseeing asset management for various sectors, including REITs. Prior roles include Accounting Operations Manager for Multifamily at Alden Torch Financial, where two teams were managed across 46 assets, and Senior Fund Accountant at Hunt Companies, focusing on investor accounting for 56 real estate investment funds. Additional experience includes roles in energy and construction accounting at URS Corporation and finance management at PetAid Colorado, punctuated by earlier positions in multifamily property accounting and as a personal banker. Melissa holds a Master of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Regis University, along with undergraduate studies in Human Biology from Colorado College.
