Tim Cobb is an experienced executive in the senior housing and healthcare real estate sectors, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Advisory Services at Haven Senior Investments since March 2023, where leadership focuses on capital and brokerage advisory services. Cobb has held various strategic roles, including President of District Healthcare Real Estate Advisors since July 2017, managing comprehensive business operations and asset evaluations for senior housing owners. Previous positions include Managing Director at Berkadia, where Cobb led the development of an investment sales platform, and Senior Managing Director at Blueprint Healthcare Real Estate Advisors, achieving significant brokerage transactions. Cobb's career also includes leadership roles in capital markets at CFG Capital Markets and Heavenrich and Company, as well as banking experience at KeyBank and GE Capital. Cobb holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate and Accounting from the University of North Texas.
