Greg Shear

Greg Shear has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Their most recent position is as a Software Engineer at Haven, starting in November 2021. Prior to that, they co-founded Narwhal Systems in 2014 and held various positions within the company. From 2016 to 2020, Greg worked as a Customer Success Developer and Team Lead at Jorsek LLC, Publishers of easyDITA. In 2016, they briefly worked as an iOS Engineer at icitizen. Earlier in their career, Greg gained experience as a Software Developer at Walt Disney World from 2013 to 2014 and as a Tech Staff Intern at Walt Disney Imagineering from 2012 to 2013. Greg also held roles as a Studio Manager and Lab Instructor at UC Santa Barbara from 2008 to 2011.

Greg Shear earned their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Physics from Ithaca College between 2001 and 2005. After that, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Media Arts & Technology from UC Santa Barbara from 2007 to 2010.
