Henadzi Tsaryk

Henadzi Tsaryk has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade.

Starting in 2009, they worked as a Software Developer at OmegaSoftware for a year. In 2010, they became self-employed as a Web Developer, working as a freelancer for a year.

In 2011, Henadzi joined Oxagile, where they worked as a Software Developer on various projects including a video streaming start-up, a distributed system for video processing, and a real estate asset management system. Henadzi stayed with Oxagile until 2013.

From 2013 to 2015, Henadzi worked at Amazon Web Services as a Software Development Engineer. There, they designed and developed a mission-critical service for synchronizing DNS data between regions and contributed to the company's Python community by developing Python libraries. Henadzi also built a framework for configuring multiple monitoring systems.

In 2013, Henadzi briefly worked at Fitbit as a Software Engineer for four months.

In 2015, Henadzi co-founded DoReview, a company they worked with for eight months.

In 2016, Henadzi joined TopTal as a Software Engineer, working on various projects focused on designing and building a platform for automating US car dealership sales. Henadzi stayed with TopTal until August 2016.

From 2016 to 2018, Henadzi worked as a Software Engineer at DriverReach. Henadzi served as a lead developer for a remote team, guiding and improving development processes to enhance code quality.

From 2018 to 2020, Henadzi worked at Craft.co. Initially joining as a contractor, they later became the Head of Data Engineering. In this role, they led the data organization, hiring, goal-setting, and team growth. Henadzi successfully communicated with executives and the company, expanding the team from 6 to 10 people.

Currently, Henadzi works as a Software Engineer at Haven, starting in May 2021.

Henadzi Tsaryk pursued their education at the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics from 2007 to 2013. During this period, they obtained an Engineer's Degree in Computer Science. In addition to their formal education, Henadzi Tsaryk also completed a certification course in "Robotics: Aerial Robotics" offered by Coursera in March 2023. Furthermore, they completed a training program titled "Tableau 2020 A-Z: Hands-On Tableau Training for Data Science" from Udemy, although the specific month and year of completion were not provided.
