Carmi Adkins

Carmi "Mia" Adkins has extensive experience in roles focused on community support and social services. Currently serving as an Intake Specialist at Haven for Hope since December 2015, Carmi also holds the position of Program Manager for Genesis Food Pantry at Project New Beginnings, Inc., where efforts are made to combat hunger through monthly food pantry initiatives in collaboration with the San Antonio Food Bank. Previously, Carmi worked as a Community Guest Specialist at the Center for Healthcare Services, providing direct care to the homeless population in San Antonio, and as Admin Tech II, offering administrative support to the Program Administrator at Prospects Courtyard within the Haven for Hope facility.
