Jake McClellan, CPA/ABV, currently serves as Senior Controller at Havenpark Communities since April 2023. Previously, Jake held various leadership roles, including Vice-President and Controller at PEG COMPANIES, where responsibilities encompassed hospitality, multi-family, and commercial real estate from January 2020 to April 2023. As CFO and Co-Founder of In-Group Hospitality from May 2014 to January 2020, Jake focused on managing and scaling high-growth operations alongside human resources. Earlier experience included roles at Hawkins Cloward & Simister from January 1999 to April 2014, specializing in audit, income tax planning, and business valuation for various industries. Jake's career began at Brigham Young University, where roles included Computer Technician and Research Assistant, leading to a Master’s degree in Accounting and Information Systems from the same institution.
