Susan Thomas

Susan Thomas is an accomplished sales leader currently serving as Vice President of Sales at Haventree Bank since April 2024, where responsibility includes building and leading a high-performance team focused on the mortgage brokerage channel. Prior to this role, Susan was the Executive Vice President of Network Development at M3 Financial Group, contributing to broker success since 2018, and also held positions as Vice President and Regional Manager at Invis and Mortgage Intelligence. Additionally, Susan has served on the Board of the Mortgage Professionals Canada Charitable Foundation and is a certified Level 2 CrossFit Trainer. Education includes attendance at The Wharton School and the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management, alongside several other professional certifications.
