James Phelan

James Phelan is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in sales, account management, and security. Currently serving as an Account Executive/Sales Engineer at HavenZone since February 2019, James focuses on pipeline generation and client engagement through technology demonstrations. Concurrently, as an Account Manager for Allied Universal, responsibilities include recruitment, security coverage arrangement for exhibitions, and oversight of payroll. Previously, James held the position of SOC Lead at Allied Universal/Sotheby’s, providing international protection for C Suite executives, and served as a Police Sergeant with the New York City Police Department for over a decade. James holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Science from the University of the People and an Associate of Science in Criminology from Nassau Community College, along with multiple certifications in Cyber Security from various institutions.
