Maribel Gonzalez has extensive experience in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and customer service roles. Currently serving as an HRIS Administrator at Havertys Furniture since February 2013, Maribel is responsible for auditing HR data to ensure compliance and data integrity, as well as managing user permissions. Previous roles at Havertys include HRIS People Services Assistant and People Services Recruiter, where Maribel supported HRIS administration and collaborated with management on staffing needs. Additionally, Maribel has been a Health and Wellness Consultant at The Juice Plus+ Company while also holding the position of Customer Service Supervisor. Maribel earned a diploma in Business Administration and Management from Orville H. Platt High School.
