Aureo Zanon

Aureo Zanon has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various industries and roles. Aureo most recently held the position of Adjunct Instructor at Penn State University starting in July 2023. Before that, they worked at HAVI as the Director of DevOps and the Director of Analytics and Insights from March 2022 to November 2022. Prior to HAVI, Aureo worked at United Airlines for over a decade, holding several senior management positions such as Senior Manager - Supply Chain Data Science, Inventory Forecasting, and Business Technology, Senior Manager - Predictive Data Analytics, and Data Analytics Manager.

Before joining United Airlines, Aureo worked at Brightstar Corporation as an Engineering Leader & Supply Chain Six Sigma Black Belt, and at Motorola in various roles including Full Time Digital Six Sigma Black Belt, Industrial Engineering, Research Engineer, and Quality Engineer. Aureo began their career at GE as a member of the Technical Leadership Program, gaining experience in Process Engineering and Six Sigma. Aureo also served as a Logistics Intern at Procter & Gamble and as a Product Engineering Intern at IBM.

Throughout their career, Aureo has demonstrated leadership and expertise in areas such as supply chain management, data analytics, inventory planning, and process optimization. Aureo has managed high-performing teams and has been responsible for optimizing large-scale inventory and implementing strategic initiatives to improve operational efficiency.

Aureo Zanon's education history includes a Doctor of Engineering degree in Artificial Intelligence and Software Engineering from Penn State University (2023-2027), a Master's Degree in Data Analytics from Penn State University (2016-2018), and a Graduate Certificate in Applied Statistics from Penn State University (2015-2016). Aureo also obtained a Specialist degree in Data Science from The Johns Hopkins University (2014-2015) and completed a supply chain management series at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (2014). Additionally, Aureo achieved various certifications and completed programs in fields such as project management, optimization, and business administration.
