Carmen Chen

Carmen Chen is an experienced professional in strategic procurement and product development, currently serving as Strategic Procurement Senior Manager for Packaging at HAVI since September 2016. Prior experience includes roles in product development for LANCOME and shu uemura, as well as serving as Asia Pacific Packaging Sourcing Manager at L'Oréal from July 2009 to August 2016. Additionally, Carmen held positions as Senior Operations Supervisor at Toshiba PC China and Senior Demand Planner at Shiseido China. Carmen holds a Bachelor's Degree in Japanese Language and Literature from Shanghai Normal University, complemented by an exchange project in International Communication and Exchange at J.F. Oberlin University.
