Carolyn Simek has over two decades of experience in customer service and operations management. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of Customer Service at HAVI Global Solutions since November 1999, Carolyn leads a team of five customer service representatives catering to the largest QSR distribution in the nation. Prior to this role, Carolyn was Operations Manager at RPSLMC - Home Pharmacy from September 1988 to May 1999, where responsibilities included developing software pharmacy programs and managing billing processes during the startup phase. Additionally, Carolyn worked as Customer Service Manager at Home Pharmacy from May 1989 to September 1995, contributing to the growth of the mail order pharmacy and overseeing call center operations as the staff expanded from three to over forty, handling more than 5,000 calls daily.
