Daniel Sedlacek

Daniel Sedlacek has extensive work experience in the field of IT. Daniel started their career in 2005 as an IT support at Vorlickova & Leitner, where they worked until 2008. From 2009 to 2011, they worked as a Technical Support in the webhosting department at Web4U, s. r.o. Following this, they moved to OpenOne, a.s. as a Service Dispatcher for a brief period. In 2011, Sedlacek began working at HAVI, where they held various roles including Local Process Engineer, Business Analyst, Project Manager, Regional Project Portfolio Manager, and Cluster IT Lead Business development & Strategic projects for Central Europe. At HAVI, they were responsible for managing IT projects, defining business requirements, optimizing processes, supporting implementation of new solutions, and coordinating the work of the local IS employees. Their work at HAVI lasted until the most recent role as Cluster IT Lead Business development & Strategic projects, which started in November 2019.

Daniel Sedlacek received a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Coaching, Mentoring & Leadership from EDU Effective Business School in 2022. Daniel holds a Bachelor's degree in Project Management from the College of Economics and Management in Prague, completed between 2011 and 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a leaving examination in Information Technologies from the Secondary private school of Information Technologies in 2004. In addition, Daniel Sedlacek has obtained various certifications, including Agile Software Development, Digital Strategy, DevOps Foundations, and several other coaching and leadership-related courses from different institutions such as LinkedIn and EDU Effective Business School.
