Glenn Smith is a seasoned professional in Learning and Development with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as the Global Learning & Development Manager at HAVI since September 2023, Glenn has previously held significant positions including Head of Talent Management & Development at a Stealth Startup, Regional Learning & Development Head at Spencer Ogden, and Director of Talent for APAC at The Adecco Group. With a strong background in performance management, talent acquisition, and development initiatives, Glenn has led projects aimed at enhancing organizational learning and leadership capabilities across multiple regions, particularly in Asia Pacific. Educational accomplishments include the completion of the I3 Leadership Development Programme at IMD in 2019 and A Levels from Latimer School.
