Gunnar Koster

Gunnar Koster has extensive work experience in Human Resources and Project Management. Gunnar has held various roles at HAVI, starting as an Entry-level position and gradually progressing to Senior Director. In their current role at HAVI, they are responsible for HR in the Region Europe East, specifically in the Business Unit Supply Chain. Prior to this, they served as the Director of HR for Global Transformation and Finance, where they partnered with the Global Transformation Lead and CFO on strategic initiatives. Before that, they were the Director of HR for Global Technology, Finance & HR, responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies in these departments. Gunnar also has experience as a Senior Manager in HR for IT and Finance in Europe. Before joining HAVI, they worked as a Consultant in Project Management and Integration at Q_PERIOR and Assure Consulting GmbH.

Gunnar Koster holds a Diploma in Project Management from the University of Applied Sciences in Gießen/Friedberg. Gunnar also obtained a Diploma in Business Informatics from the University of Applied Sciences in Essen. In addition, Gunnar Koster has a certification in Strategic Human Resources from LinkedIn. Gunnar has also completed a Systemic Business Coach program at Manufaktur für Wachstum in Bochum.
