Julia Alshut

Julia Alshut is a seasoned professional in human resources with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Specialist in HR Talent Management and HR Business Partner at HAVI since January 2022, Julia previously held the role of HR Development Manager DACH at Brenntag GmbH from July 2019 to December 2021. Julia's career began at Esprit Europe GmbH, where roles included Specialist in Learning & Development and a trainee in Human Resources, after completing an apprenticeship in Wholesale and Export with the same company. Additional experience includes an internship at Kienbaum Executive Consultants GmbH. Julia holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Human Resource Management from Rotterdam School of Management and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in International Business Administration from the University of Twente, complemented by studies at Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
