Julia Pinkert

Julia Pinkert has accumulated extensive experience in human resources and talent management, currently serving as the Talent & Diversity Manager for the West Europe region at HAVI since July 2019. In addition to this role, Julia has held positions as Manager of HR Total Rewards and Manager of Diversity within the same region. Prior to joining HAVI, Julia worked at Esprit from January 2013 to June 2019, where responsibilities included HR Specialist for Compensation & Benefits, Global Mobility, and serving as an assistant to the Senior Vice President of Global HR Operations. Early career experience includes an internship at M&C Tech Group in July 2010. Julia holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Economic Psychology from FOM Hochschule für Oekonomie & Management, completed in 2017, and completed a vocational training program in wholesale and foreign trade at Esprit between 2011 and 2013.
