Laura Lopes is a seasoned professional in customer service management, currently serving as a Customer Service Manager at HAVI since June 2023. Prior to this role, Laura dedicated 17 years to CTT - Correios de Portugal, where responsibilities included managing key account specialists and overseeing operational performance in customer service. Laura's career began at Randstad, providing customer support and sales assistance in various projects, and further extended to roles in retail supervision and early childhood education. Laura holds a degree in Political Science from ISCSP-ULisboa and a secondary education background in Humanities.
