Lima Lum

Lima Lum is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in configuration management and data analysis. Currently serving as a Sr. Discovery Analyst at HAVI since May 2018, Lima is responsible for establishing policies, managing data, and monitoring the CMDB, in addition to setting up and maintaining Discovery. Prior to HAVI, Lima worked at Dignity Health as a Production Control IV, focusing on ITSM Configuration Management using the ServiceNow platform. Previous roles include Configuration Analyst at W.W. Grainger and Operations Controller at Thomson Reuters, further contributing to a comprehensive skill set in IT management and data governance.
