Nils Meinders

Nils Meinders currently serves as the Chief Strategy & Corporate Development Officer at HAVI, having joined the company in November 2019. His extensive experience in corporate development includes roles as Senior Director M&A and Director M&A at HAVI, and Senior Director at Morgan Street Holdings from July 2023 to April 2024. Prior to HAVI, Nils held the position of Head of Corporate M&A and Manager of Corporate Development at Lekkerland AG & Co. KG from April 2015 to November 2019. Nils began his career as a Senior Consultant in Transaction Advisory Services at Ernst and Young and has also worked as a Consultant at Droege Group Internationale Unternehmer-Beratung. Nils's early experiences include positions as a Working Student at the Institute of Machine Tools and Production Technology and TU Braunschweig, and internships at Daimler AG. Nils earned a Diplom in Industrial Engineering from Technische Universität Braunschweig and studied at Tongji University from 2008 to 2009.
