YUNG-CHIANG WANG has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. YUNG-CHIANG is currently serving as the Director of Asia Strategy & Commercial at HAVI. Before joining HAVI in 2022, YUNG-CHIANG worked at Pan Asia Dragon Pte Ltd. Taiwan Branch as the General Manager from April 2014 to December 2021. In this role, they were responsible for managing staff, establishing business objectives, and achieving profitability. From 2018 to 2021, YUNG-CHIANG served as the General Manager/Director at Chi Shan Long Feng Food Co. Ltd. YUNG-CHIANG also held the position of Vice President of Operations at Chi Shan Long Feng Food Co., Ltd. from 2014 to 2018, where they acquired and established the "Long Feng" brand. Prior to that, YUNG-CHIANG held various roles at McCain Foods, including Regional Marketing Manager for Food Services in Korea, Southeast Asia & Taiwan, and Country Manager for Indonesia and Singapore. YUNG-CHIANG began their career as a Restaurant Assistant Manager at La Tasca in 2004.

YUNG-CHIANG WANG completed a BSc in Nutrition and Health Science at Taipei Medical University from 1993 to 1998. YUNG-CHIANG then pursued an MSc in Industrial Biotechnology at Newcastle University from 2002 to 2003. In 2003, they obtained an MA in Management from Durham University's Durham Business School.
