HAVIK
Jim Hejl is a technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering and development within the gaming and defense sectors. Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at HAVIK since September 2022, Jim is focused on advancing military simulation solutions for training and mission rehearsal. Concurrently, as Principal Software Engineer at Super Six-Four Consulting, Jim contracts with various defense and intelligence organizations. Jim's previous roles include significant positions at Electronic Arts, where contributions included athlete scanning technology and advanced rendering techniques, and at Advanced Micro Devices, where work was done in the Office of the CTO. Additionally, Jim has been involved with Operation Supply Drop as a member of the Board of Directors since July 2021.

Developed in close collaboration with experienced operators, HAVIK generates high fidelity, mobile simulators for immersive training at any time or in any location. The HAVIK ecosystem allows trainees to work independently, with an instructor, or with a diverse group around the globe.
