Jeremy Rau

Jeremy Rau is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in mechanical design and project engineering across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Senior Project Engineer at Havis, Inc. since January 2023, Rau previously held the same title at ENS Group from December 2020 to January 2023. Prior to that, Rau contributed as a Mechanical Design Engineer at Sensata Technologies, focusing on custom machine controls for agriculture, construction, and motorcycles, and supported product development from conception to production. Rau's earlier experience includes significant roles at AGCO Corporation, where responsibilities spanned from designing cabs for agricultural equipment to developing non-standard machine options. Additional experience includes internships at 3M and TURCK Inc., emphasizing process improvement and design support. Rau earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota Duluth in 2008.
