Marcin Mroz began their work experience in 2000 at ShipCon sp. z o.o. as a Senior Designer, where they worked until 2010. In 2010, they joined Havyard Group ASA as a Senior Engineer, Machinery, and later became the Head of Department, Machinery in 2012.
Marcin Mroz pursued their education from 1995 to 2001, attending Gdańsk University of Technology. During this time, they earned a Magister inżynier (Mgr inż.) degree in the field of study of Oceanotechnika i Okrętownictwo.
