Martin Frei

Martin Frei has extensive experience in various managerial and technical roles within the engineering and customer innovation sectors. Currently, Martin serves as Manager Customer Innovations at Hawa Sliding Solutions AG since January 1998, having previously held positions as Projektleiter Forschung und Entwicklung and Teamleiter Kundenprojekte und Support within the same company. Prior to Hawa, Martin worked at Ameda AG as a Produktentwickler in the medical field and at SYMO Elektronik AG as a Konstrukteur Werkzeugmacher. Martin's educational background includes a CAS in Agile Organisation from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland FHNW (2022-2023), an NDS in Wirtschaftstechniker FH with a focus on Project Management from the Private Hochschule Wirtschaft PHW Bern (2004-2005), and a Techniker HF in Mechanical Engineering from ipso Bildung.
