Misti Pali-Oriol currently serves as a Program Officer at the Hawaii Community Foundation, a position held since July 2024. Prior to this role, Misti worked as an Institutional Analyst for the Hawaii State Department of Education from January 2022 to July 2024. Misti's extensive experience at the Office of Hawaiian Affairs spanned nearly a decade, during which Misti held several roles, including Beneficiary Services Manager, Interim Manager, Community Outreach Assistant Manager, and Grants Specialist. Earlier in Misti's career, from December 2007 to October 2012, Misti was the Assistant Director at Goodwill Industries of Hawaii. Misti Pali-Oriol holds a Master of Arts in Political Science from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
