Alice Park

Alice Park, PHR, currently serves as an Employee Relations Specialist at HMSA, with a focus on human resources employee relations since October 2023. Prior experience includes roles at Whole Foods Market as a Team Member Services Business Partner and Generalist BP, and as a Human Resources Manager at Highgate, overseeing multiple properties. Josephine has also held managerial positions such as Talent and Culture Manager at Fairmont Grand Del Mar and Residential Assistant Manager at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, along with prior experience in hospitality management at Fairmont San Francisco, Hakkasan Group, Wynn Las Vegas, and The Light Group. Alice holds a Master's degree in Legal Studies from Pepperdine Caruso Law, a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Administration from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, and an Associate's degree in Business Management from the College of Southern Nevada.
