Michelle Mak Scott has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries. Michelle is currently working at Hawaii National Bank, where they have held positions as AVP & Credit Officer and Vice President & Manager of Credit Operations, responsible for credit operations and implementing reserve processes. Overall, Michelle has extensive expertise in credit operations, risk analytics, auditing, and financial management.

Michelle Mak Scott graduated from the University of Hawaii at Manoa with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting in 2013. Prior to that, they also completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Travel Industry Management and Hospitality from the same university, from 2006 to 2008.
