Tim Chang

Tim Chang is a Doctor of Physical Therapy with extensive experience in the field, currently employed at Hawaii Pacific Health since March 2019. Previously, Tim worked at JACO Physical Rehab from August 2013 to March 2019, and at Integrated Rehabilitation Group from July 2012 to July 2013. Additionally, Tim held a per diem position as a physical therapist at Consonus Healthcare in early 2013. Tim completed an Orthopedic Physical Therapy Residency at Evidence in Motion from 2016 to 2018 and earned a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus between 2009 and 2012, following an undergraduate education at the University of Hawaii at Manoa from 2005 to 2008.
