Dave Starkey

Dave Starkey has worked in the telecommunications industry for over 30 years. Dave began their career in 1990 as COO/CTO at On Call Communications, Inc. In 2019, they moved to X2nSat Inc. as Director of Operations. In 2021, they took on the role of Teleport Manager at Hawaii Pacific Teleport. Currently, Dave Starkey is a Sys Performance Eng at Verizon Wireless World.

Dave Starkey attended DeVry Institute of Technology from 1984 to 1988, where they earned a Bachelor's degree.
