Pedro Ayau currently serves as a Fellow at Hawaii Residency Programs since July 2023. Formerly, Pedro was the Founder, Board Director, and Former CEO of Medfit Scrubs, a position held since November 2012. Additional entrepreneurial ventures include co-founding Volunca in June 2018 and Arena Negra in August 2017. In the realm of medical training, Pedro completed a Family Medicine Residency at Sea Mar Community Health Centers from June 2020 to June 2023 and served as a Family Medicine Resident during that period. Pedro also contributed to education as an Instructor de Medicina Ambulatoria at Universidad Francisco Marroquín from June 2018 to January 2020, where Pedro earned a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery - MBBS from 2009 to 2017, following attendance at Culver Academies from 2007 to 2009.
