Bill Spradlin has over 20 years of experience in education, currently serving as a State Office Teacher for GEAR UP at the Hawaii State Department of Education since July 2020. Prior to this role, Bill was the AVID Coordinator and Teacher at Kaimuki High School from August 2003 to June 2020. Bill also held the position of Lead Instructor at the Hawaii National Guard's Youth Challenge Academy between September 1997 and July 2003.
