Shauna Goya Ichinotsubo

Shauna Goya Ichinotsubo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business process management, corporate communications, and marketing. Since April 2016, Shauna has been instrumental at Hawaii State Federal Credit Union, initially as a Marketing Officer and progressing to roles such as Internal Corporate Communications Officer and Retail Strategy Professional, where efforts focused on enhancing member experiences and operational optimization. Prior to this, Shauna held the position of Director at iQ 360, Inc., specializing in communications and brand management across various industries, and was a Director at Communications Pacific, providing strategic counsel in crisis communications and media relations. Shauna began a career in journalism as a copy editor at The Honolulu Advertiser and contributed as a board member for the Asian American Journalists Association.
