Katy Luo

Katy Luo is an accomplished musician and educator with extensive experience in various roles within the music industry. Currently serving as Office Manager at Daihonzan Chozen-ji and as a Pianist for the Hawaii Symphony Orchestra, Katy has also worked as a Lecturer of Music at multiple institutions, including the University of Hawai'i at West O'ahu and Leeward Community College. Previously, Katy held positions such as Director of Operations at Dogbotic and Program Manager at THINGAMAJIGS, where the focus was on innovative music and art forms. Educational qualifications include a Master of Music and Doctor of Musical Arts from Stony Brook University, along with a Bachelor of Music in Piano Performance from Oberlin Conservatory of Music.
