Matt Giusto

Matt Giusto serves as the Managing Director of Human Resources at Hawaiian Airlines since August 2016, overseeing a large team focused on global payroll, HR administration, reporting, analytics, and HRIS. Previously, Matt held various leadership roles within Hawaiian Airlines, including HR Operations Consultant, Director of Human Resources, and Director of Operations, where strategic initiatives led to substantial improvements in HR operations, case management protocols, and operational efficiency. Matt's diverse experience also includes roles as Store Director at Target, Whole Life Operations Lead at Raytheon, and Major in the US Army, alongside educational credentials from the United States Military Academy at West Point, where a Bachelor's Degree was earned in Systems Engineering and languages.
