Monica Ornellas

Monica Ornellas has extensive experience in the airline industry, currently serving as the Loyalty Systems Manager at Hawaiian Airlines since December 2019. Prior to this role, Monica held various positions at Diebold Nixdorf, including Client Account Executive and Customer Service Manager for the Pacific Islands Region from September 2010 to November 2019. Monica's career in the airline sector began at Aloha Airlines as Director of IT in late 2007, following a tenure at Hawaiian Airlines from November 2002 to December 2007 as Director of the IT Support Center. Monica holds a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
