Ty Law currently serves as the Senior Manager of HR Administration & People Data at Hawaiian Airlines, where innovative automated data solutions are implemented to enhance HR task efficiency. Previous roles include Manager and Analyst in People Data & Metrics at Ward Research, where responsibilities encompassed the full research process from study development to results presentation. With extensive experience as a Research Consultant and Director of Development at FAT Law's Farm, Inc., Ty Law has developed strategies for organizational growth and managed brand presence. Additionally, Ty Law has held research positions at Euromonitor International and Consumer Link, and has a strong academic background with a Master’s degree in Social Psychology and a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Psychology from Purdue University and UCLA, respectively.
