Ciera Min

Ciera Min has a diverse work experience, with their latest role being a Lead HR Service Center Representative at Hawaiian Electric since June 2023. Prior to that, they worked as an HR Service Center Representative at the same company from March 2022 until their promotion. Before joining Hawaiian Electric, Ciera worked at Target as a Human Resources Expert from January 2021 to November 2022, and as a Style Consultant from August 2020 to January 2021. Ciera also gained experience as an Associate Consultant and Intern at Thrive808 from July 2020 to January 2021. Ciera's educational background includes being a Graduate Student at Gonzaga University School of Education from September 2017 to June 2020. During their time at Gonzaga University, they also served as a Freshmen Academic Advisor for the Department of Intercollegiate Athletics from August 2019 to May 2020. Ciera has further experience as a Counseling Intern at Frontier Behavioral Health from February 2019 to May 2020 and as an Academic Testing Center - Exam Proctor at Gonzaga University from September 2019 to March 2020. Ciera began their career as a Graduate Intern of Academic Services for the Department of Intercollegiate Athletics at Gonzaga University, where they served from June 2017 to May 2019. Additionally, Ciera demonstrated leadership skills as the Student Athlete Wellness Co-Chair for the Gonzaga University Student Athlete Advisory Committee from May 2016 to May 2017. Lastly, they had an impressive career as a Division 1 Regular Starter and Senior Captain for the Gonzaga University Women's Golf Team, where they maintained a balance between their athletic and academic responsibilities from August 2013 to May 2017.

Ciera Min earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Gonzaga University in 2017. Ciera further pursued their education at Gonzaga University and obtained a Master of Arts degree in Marriage and Family Therapy/Counseling in 2020. In addition to their degrees, they are also a certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) from Prosci and a National Certified Counselor (NCC) from The National Board for Certified Counselors, which they obtained in October 2020.
