Danielle M Canfield-Jones has over 15 years of experience in client services and communications within the utility and healthcare industries. Currently serving as Manager of Commercial Client Services and Manager of Customer Relations at Hawaiian Electric since 2017, Danielle has previously held the position of Director of Customer Accounts at Maui Electric from 2010 to 2017. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Communications Consultant for HR at Kaiser Permanente from 2008 to 2009 and as Communications Consultant focused on Employee Engagement at Pacific Gas and Electric Company from 2001 to 2008. Danielle holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature from California State University-Sacramento.
