Kelly Ann (Takiguchi) Fujioka is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in regulatory analysis and business operations within the energy sector, currently serving as a Senior Regulatory Analyst in the Rate Proceedings Division at Hawaiian Electric since October 2016.
