Joel Morton

Joel Morton is an IT Project Specialist at Hawaiian Telcom since October 2022, focusing on making Hawai'i the first fully fiber-enabled state while utilizing Vitruvi and KloudGin for planning and engineering workflows. Previously, Joel served as a Desktop Engineer, successfully leading a company-wide Windows 10 upgrade and collaborating on a centralized software acquisition solution. Prior experience includes a role as a System Administrator at BEI Hawaii, where a legacy ticket system was migrated to the cloud, and device deployment procedures were optimized. Joel also worked at Keywords Studios as a Level 2 Language and Functionality Quality Assurance specialist, providing support to major game developers. Earlier career experience includes ten years as a Retail Sales Manager. Joel holds an Associate's Degree in Integrated Studies from Clarks Summit University.
