Mike Kozak

Mike Kozak is an experienced professional in the hydraulic manufacturing industry, currently serving as General Manager for HAWE North America at HAWE Hydraulik and General Manager for HAWE Manufacturing US, Inc. since January 2024. Prior to this, Mike operated as a Manufacturing Consultant from July 2023 to December 2023. His extensive career at Bosch Rexroth spanned from June 1997 to June 2023, where Mike held multiple roles, including Operations Manager, Business Unit Manager for Compact Hydraulics, Engineering Manager, Product Manager, Project Engineer, and Trainee. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology from Millersville University of Pennsylvania, obtained between 1994 and 1997, and an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Emergency Services Technology from Northampton Community College, completed in 1994. Mike's foundational education began at Allentown Central Catholic High School, graduating in 1992.
