Suzanne Lynam

Suzanne Lynam currently serves as the Head of CRM at Hawes & Curtis, overseeing CRM strategies for the brand and its sister brands, Ghost and Finery, since December 2023. Prior to this role, Suzanne gained extensive experience in CRM and email marketing, having held positions such as Head of CRM (Maternity Cover) at Cult Wines and Email Marketing Manager at Victorinox and ICONIC LONDON. Additionally, Suzanne contributed to charitable organizations as a volunteer independent visitor with Action for Children and as an Email Marketing Manager for Books2All. With a background in digital marketing starting from the Institute of Directors, Suzanne holds a BSc in Speech Communication from UCL.
