Youssef Kassem has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. In 2017, they worked as a Translation Manager at KEO FILMS LIMITED for the entire year.
In 2018, Youssef joined iProspect, where they held multiple positions over a four-year period. Firstly, as a Conversion Rate Optimisation Executive, they successfully delivered A/B experiments for notable clients such as Post Office and Specsavers. Later, they were promoted to the role of Senior Conversion Rate Optimisation Executive, where they took on additional responsibilities such as leading the optimization program for key company clients, managing and prioritizing workload for the client team, creating strategies and optimization roadmaps for clients, and collaborating across various marketing channels.
Currently, Youssef works at Hawes and Curtis as the Head of Conversion Rate Optimization, a position they began in December 2022.
Youssef Kassem completed a Master of Science (MSc) in Business Information Systems at the University of Westminster from 2014 to 2016.
