Currently serving as Captain at CaptainWork since December 2020, Dieter co-founded the company to innovate the HR sector through unique strategies in employer branding. Additionally, Dieter operates as a VAR Replay Operator for both Hawk-Eye Innovations Ltd and the Royal Belgian Football Association. Previous roles include Director of PR & Social Media and Director of Creative & Client Services at Intracto, and Head of Brands at RCA, where Dieter managed campaigns for notable clients such as Audi and Coca-Cola. As a co-founder of multiple ventures, including Blue Zoo Social Media and Balls and Glory, Dieter has significantly contributed to the digital landscape. Dieter also shares expertise as a guest lecturer in digital communication at Hogeschool PXL, where a degree in Public Relations, Communication, and Media Studies was attained.
