Michael Annells serves as the Head of Rugby at Hawk-Eye Innovations Ltd since June 2017, overseeing global Rugby operations, client management, and business development strategy while managing P&L responsibilities. Previous roles include SMART Sports Commercial Manager, where Michael focused on commercial growth and strategic partnerships across multiple sports, and Rugby General Manager, responsible for delivering SMART Replay Technology services for major Rugby events. Additional experience includes leadership in operational training at SMART Sports and an extensive history in lifeguarding and volleyball leadership. Michael holds a Bachelor's Degree in Sports Science with Business Management from the University of Exeter and has undertaken study abroad at the University of Waterloo, along with a background in Rugby Studies and Business Management.
