Mallory Hillyard

SVP Customer Experience at Hawk Ridge Systems

Mallory Hillyard has a strong background in operations and customer experience management. Mallory started their career at Quest Integration in 2006 as an Executive Administrator, later moving on to roles such as Technical Services Manager and Operations Manager. In 2020, they transitioned to Hawk Ridge Systems as the Director of Operations, where they led the efforts of integrating Quest Integration into Hawk Ridge Systems and ensured customer success in the Pacific Northwest. Mallory then advanced to the position of VP of Customer Experience in 2021 and is currently serving as the SVP of Customer Experience since 2024 at Hawk Ridge Systems.

Mallory Hillyard attended Eastern Washington University from 2002 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a focus on Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
