Samia Belabed

Samia Belabed currently serves as Investment Director for Bpifrance Deeptech Venture, focusing on early-stage investments in French startups emerging from scientific research. In addition to this role, Samia is a board member for multiple companies, including HawkCell, which enhances animal MRI with AI; Numalis, which develops reliable and explainable AI software; ELICIT PLANT, which provides sustainable agricultural solutions; Mon Petit Placement, aimed at democratizing premium financial investments; and Adionics, known for its innovative lithium extraction technology. Prior experience includes roles at Bpifrance, where significant equity financing was provided to industrial startups, as well as positions at FSI - Fonds Stratégique d'Investissement, Yposkesi, and AFYREN. Samia holds degrees from HEC Paris, Kuwait University, Paris-Pantheon-Assas University, and has completed preparatory studies at Lycée Henri IV.
